The International Engineering PCL ("the Company") would like to encourage good corporate governance by offering an opportunity for shareholder to participate in shareholders’ meeting. The Company hereby facilitates shareholders to be able to propose agenda for consideration in the general meetings, and to nominate candidate(s) for Director in the upcoming 2018 Annual General Meeting according to the Company's regulatory and processing criteria. Access for such participation and relevant information are currently described at http://www.iec.co.th (click menu “ investor relations” / “shareholders’ meeting”) until the deadline on 15 February 2018, after which the Company will proceed according to relevant procedures.
