As the Meeting of the Board of  Directors of The International Engineering Public Company Limited (the “Company”)  which was held on 29th October 2018, has passed the resolutions follows: Approved the appointment of Mr. Pongkawin Jungrungruangkit  to be Chairman of Advisor's Company. Effective on 29th October 2018 onwards.
