The Board of Directors Meeting of The International Engineering Public Company Limited (“The Company”) held on 31 October 2019 has approved the Financial Statements for Quarter 1 and Quarter 2, year 2017.
During 7-8 November 2019, the Company has submitted the Financial Statement for Quarter 1 year 2017 ending 31 March 2017 and the Financial Statement for Quarter 2 year 2017 ending 30 June 2017 to the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) completely.
