The Board of Directors Meeting of The International Engineering Public Company Limited (“The Company”) held on 4 December 2019 has approved the Financial Statement for Quarter 3, year 2017.
On 9 December 2019, the Company has submitted the Financial Statement for Quarter 3 year 2017 ending 30 September 2017 to the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) completely.
