The Board of Directors Meeting of The International Engineering Public Company Limited (“The Company”) held on 25 March 2020 has approved the Financial Statements for Quarter 1 - Quarter 3 year 2018 and the Financial Statement for the year 2018 which were reviewed and audited by Certified Public Accountant.
On 27 March 2020, the Company has submitted the Financial Statements for Quarter 1 - Quarter 3 year 2018 and the Financial Statement for the year 2018 to the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) completely.
