IEC states with capital increase, there is still a silent period.
IEC would like to clarify about the starting date of share subscription by PP in compliance with news of SET as followed:
The increase capital remains its silent period for 6 months, starting from the date that Thailand Securities Depository registered the shares in its system which is 21th January 2015, the ending date of a silent period will be in July 2015. The first trade date (26th January 2015) which indicates in the SET news is the date when PP shares will enter SET system and it is not the trading date.
