The Board of Director’s meeting of The International Engineering PCL or “IEC” on 25th May 2015 has a resolution to approve relocation of Waste Plastic Recycling Project from Chachoengsao Province to Rayong Province.
The Company has reconsidered on the most appropriate property selections and potential locations for Waste Plastic Recycling project. The Board of Directors' meeting of the Company No. 11/2015, 25 May 2015, has a resolution to approve relocation of the waste plastic recycling project from Chachoengsao Province to Nikhom Phattana District, Rayong Province. Moreover, this change of location will not impact on investment of the Company's budgetary project which mentioned earlier.
An acquisition of Waste Plastic Recycling Project is appropriate to IEC business strategic plans that focus on investing in renewable energy as well as benefiting the community and environment. This project will minimize an amount of waste plastic in the community and will receive investment promotion by The Board of Investment (BOI).
