The International Engineering Company Plc (IEC) announced that, according to the Board of Directors No. 8/2015 held on April 2, 2015, has approved that the investment in the Waste Recycling Plastic (production of plastic raw materials, plastic contamination), which the project located in the area of Chachoengsao province.
However, the Company has reviewed the land. The location of the land with the potential to be used as the location of the project is to achieve the best result. Thus, The Board of Directors of the Company No. 11/2015 dated May 25, 2015 has approved the change of the Waste Recycling Plastic Project from a defined area in the Chachoengsao province to Pattananikom, Rayong province instead.
The change of location will have no impact on the budget, which the Company has stated on the reference with SET.
