Dr. Bhusana Premanode, president of the International Engineering Public Company Limited (IEC), clarified that the operating results in 2015, from all projects, expects to be profitable and to pay dividends to shareholders. Currently, the IEC has all five of renewable power projects and the waste plastic recycle plant is awaiting the opening of the commercial operation within 2015.
IEC has improved the management structure to enhance smoothly operation to the management and staffs at all levels, which practice the principles of good corporate governance. According to the results of a survey on CGR of the Institute of Directors of Thailand (IOD) reveals that in 2015 IEC was scored higher than the results from the last year in all categories, particularly in the rights of shareholders. IEC has a highest score of 98 percent, reflecting the company's focus and taking into account the rights of all shareholders in the AGM is vigilance. IEC is confident that the principles of good corporate governance that will benefit the company to sustainable growth in the long term.
