In the light of The International Engineering Public Company Limited (IEC) held its ordinary general meeting 2016 on 25 April 2016 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre to ask the permission from the shareholders to issue warrants (IEC-W2). The warrants will be issued to the existing shareholders with free of charge at ratio of 5 existing shares to 1 warrant. These warrants will have lifetime for 3 years and can be exercised quarterly.
Presently, the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) IEC-W2 has credited them to the securities accounts of the shareholders, which was completed from today onwards (23 Feb. 59). For those who do not have the account, they will receive the warrant as a hardcopy along with the warrant manual from 27 May 16 onwards.
