The Company would like to hereby notify the final exercise schedule for the 1st warrant to purchare ordinary share of The International Engineering Public Company Limited (IEC-W1) as follow:
1. Date & Time for Notifying Intent of Final Exercise
Within 15 days before the final exercise date, Notifying intent of exercise between 14 – 30
March, 2014 ( within 5 business days only), during 9.00 a.m. – 3.30 p.m.
2. Final Exercise Date
31March, 2014
3. Final Exercise Price:
The company shall declare the final exercise price to the shareholders
and the investors through the SET information system on 12 March, 2014. Due to the fact that the
company shall calculate the final exercise price from the company’s weighted average share price
between Monday 3 – Tuesday 11 March, 2014.
4. Exercise Ratio:
1 unit of Warrant (IEC-W1) per 1 ordinary share
5. The closing date for registration of transfer warrants (IEC-W1):
10 – 31 March, 2014
