Dr. Bhusana Premanode, Chairman and Group President of The International Engineering PCL. had sold 100 million shares on 15th December 2014. Investor Relations department has enquire Dr. Bhusana regarding to the shares sold and has been informed that the shares was sold at recent right offering price at 0.025 baht to a child of his friend without an intention to gain any profit. Moreover, he still owns a number of shares after the sale.
