On 8 Jul 2015, The Board of Directors International Engineering Public Company Limited No. 12/2558 has approved the implementation of a newly established subsidiary company in Cambodia named “Advance Renewable Energy Development. (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.” aims to seek opportunities to invest in energy businesses. The company owns an authorized capital of up to US $ 10,000 and will hold 100 percent of the share capital.
